Q. What is your phone number?

Q. Hey Dan, I made a mistake! I want to return this item I ordered in error...can I?
A. Sure no problem at all! ITEM MUST BE RETUNED WITHIN:10 DAYS and your refund will be as merchandise credit which you can use at any time in the future. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back.
Q. Hey Dan, YOU really messed up! I did not get what I ordered, what now? Do you run me through the ringer?
A. I will pick up everything including your morning coffee if your in the area!... Bottom line, I want you happy! I will provide you with return shipping and I will speed your corrected order on it's way....ASAP.
Q. Are your controllers Detectable?
A. No we leave that kind of Mod for others not interested in expending the time and money needed to get around the various patches.
Q. What Warranty do you have that my controller will operate as described?
A. You have Dan's Mods unconditional guarantee for the first thirty calendar days on the controller itself. The mod installed for is warranted for 90 calendar days...send it in and I will repair or replace it at my desecration..... Any alterations by you the consumer will void this warranty. I pay for shipping both ways.
Q. Do you warrant that I will be able to play all games in the future with this Rapid Fire controller?
A. Dan's Mods cannot predict the future ....with that being said Dan's Mods will at minimal expense to you upgrade your controller to play any newly patched games in the future as the patched software becomes available....You will not have to send in the controler for service as I will send you the proper screwdriver along with the upgraded chip that you can just pop right into the socket installed on the motherboard of the controller.
